New toys

Natalie has a couple of of new space-swallowing toys that she's been spending a lot of time with.

The first is her new ball pit! She plays with it pretty much every day.

She also has her own little house to hang out in. It has a nice little chair, an oven, and a changing table for her dolls. It's getting quite a bit of play time as well these days.

Goo-goo Eyes

One of my favorite new things that Natalie does is make "goo-goo eyes." There isn't really any rhyme or reason to it, but sometimes she just breaks into making faces that are impossible not to laugh at. It's hard to explain, so here are some pictures. Next time you see her make sure to ask about goo-goo eyes... totally worth it.

Happy 2nd birthday!

February 6th was Natalie's 2nd birthday. She had a great time at her multiple birthday parties, and has several new toys that she plays with all the time. More to come on that. Colorado!

Natalie recently got to take her fourth plane trip, and this time she flew with us to Colorado to visit her great aunt Kathy and great uncle Jeff. We all had a great time! The views were great and so was the sledding, skiing, and hiking. Here are a few pictures from the trip:

Samuel McPherrin Purdy

Samuel McPherrin Purdy was born on January 24th, 2008. Jeff, Monica, and big sister Carina are doing just fine. Congratulations on the new arrival!
